About destiny.report

destiny.report is a fast tool for exploring Destiny 2 weapons. Search the entire arsenal by name, perk, archetype, damage type, stat, source, and more, then dig into any weapon's perks, stats, and rolls.

The aim is accurate, up-to-date weapon data that's quick to search.

It's an independent, community-built project. There's no sign-in and nothing to install: open the page and search.

#Questions & answers

What is quick view (hovering in the weapon detail)?

When you open a weapon, the search results tuck into a slim rail down the left edge. Hover any other weapon in that rail (or tab to it with the keyboard) and the detail panel instantly previews it: full perks, stats, masterwork, and image, without losing the weapon you actually opened. Move off the rail and it snaps back to your selection.

The preview is read-only and the page address doesn't change, so your perk picks stay put. It's a fast way to glance through nearby weapons while you compare.

Can I use the cutout images?

Yes! The weapon cutout images are free for you to use. A link back to destiny.report is appreciated but not required. Please don't hotlink them. Download the image and host it yourself rather than embedding it straight from destiny.report.

Did you cut out thousands of guns?

No, we use various computer vision techniques. Some weapons were very difficult! Let us know if you see any that look off.

How do I report a bug or wrong data?

Join the Discord and tell us what looks off: the weapon, the perk, and what you expected to see. Screenshots help. Note that some data comes from Bungie's API and community datasets, so the occasional wrong stat or description starts upstream; the credits list every source.

Where does the weapon data come from?

Weapon, perk, and stat data comes from the official Bungie API. Community perk descriptions and roll insights come from community projects. The credits page lists every source and the open-source software behind the site.

Do I need an account? Is my data private?

No account, no sign-in, nothing to install. The weapons you pin and any perk selections you make are saved locally in your browser, so they never leave your device.

Is destiny.report affiliated with Bungie?

No. It's an independent, community-built project. It uses data from the Bungie API but is not endorsed by or affiliated with Bungie.
